Every day I question the way we think, our scrabbled cognitions and how these impact greatly on our emotions.
Is it ourselves who encourage negativity or is it external force? Society assumptions, expectations and ever growing discriminations and labelling?
I speak to and hear many alternate views on depression. Therapy is indeed a positive path, yet… if therapy is not believed and devoured then how can we change these concrete and intrusive thoughts that decay and rot within us. Self belief and pure passion may unlock the door but this remains as an individual perspective. If one persons crisis is indeed another’s broken nail then unless we open our mind to this feared and complex maze, the solution will remain just out of our reach and comprehension.
Telling someone ‘it will all be ok’ is purely ignorant unless we can imagine the footprints they leave. To open our own mind and become cognitively dimensional is indeed not easy but it would certainly guide us all to travel easier down the overgrown paths. Just a thought.
The mind of a deep thinker…or complete rubbish…it is all down to interpretation and perception…
